My husband and I have been doing a Rosh Hashannah Seder of sorts since we started keeping the holidays. We go through the Simanim foods and blessings, then i have some interesting stories to read that come with questions and have led to good discussion.

Lettuce and peas are obvious places to start (“lettuce all have…” “whirled peas for all this year…”). Also, beans in Spanish – “judios” an obvious pun….
