DENISE

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ANSWER TO HER. I TOO AM BOTH AND AM TORN FROM TIME TO TIME EXCEPT I GREW UP WITH GODPARENTS AND FRIENDS WHO WERE ALL JEWISH AO I CELEBRATED MANY JEWISH HOLIDAYS STILL EAT ALL THE FOOD. HATE PORK EXCEPT SOME OF MY FRIENS WOULD SLIP IT IN SOMETIME. BUT I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION I HONOR BOTH THE CATHOLIC FAITH AND THE JEWISH FAITH AND I KNOW SOMWDAY I WILL BE WITH BOTH MY DEAR FRIENS OF THE JEWISH FAITH AND MY CATHOLIC ONES. I KNOW THIS TO BE RIGHT AND I KNOW GOD WOULD NOT EVER TURN ON HIS OWN PEOPLE. DENISE PS I EVEN FOUND OUT MY MOTHERS AUNT WAS JEWISH AND ESCAPED TO COME TO AMERICA DURING THE WAR AND CONVERTED TO LIVE. I WONDER WHY SHE NEVER TOLD ME BUT WAS ALWAYS SURE THAT I KNEW BOTH FAITHS? MY FATHER WAS CATHOLIC MY MOTHER THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. MY AUNT TOLD ME THE TRUTH AND SAID HER AUNT ESCAPED AND FEARED SO UCH SHE NEVER CONVERTED BACK WHEN SHE GOT TO USA. A PITY I HOPE SHE PRACTICED HER JUDISUM AT HOME IN PRIVATE…..
