Is using the word Shiksa in a gentile business name wrong? Would the general public think it is bad? I saw it used on the Jerry Seinfeld sit com and it was not in a bad way.

Really Dana? You think she deserves that poor treatment because of her “ancestors”? Wow that says a lot about you as a person and anyone who thinks like you. Wipe that smug comment away. You have no idea what her ancestors were doing. I could easily behave nastily to you because of what YOUR ancestors did to mine if you are a Jewish women in the US whose family immigrated in 1900 and beyond but I choose not to. If I am blunt and rude to you, it is because your personality is horrendous and not your “ancestors”.

Yes, using the word “Shiksa” in a business name is bizarre. it would be like naming a cookbook “The “N’s” Guide to Cooking.

Look up the etiology of the word. It derives from the word for “vermin.”
