Create a Free InterfaithFamily.com (IFF) Network Group – a Lasting Online Resource to Complement Your Programs
Who Is An IFF Network Group For?
If you run programs for people in interfaith relationships – a workshop for couples, a Mother’s Circle, a Taste of Judaism or Introduction to Judaism class, etc. – an InterfaithFamily.com Network Group can help keep you and your participants connected and enhance the overall program experience in numerous ways.
What Is An IFF Network Group and Why Should I Create One?
An IFF Network Group:
- Is a central space online where you can consolidate communications between and among you and your program participants. You can schedule events, host online group discussions and share content. All information is in one place, accessible at any time.
- Enables you and program participants to easily stay in touch, maintaining connections and friendships long after the program is over.
- Is completely private – only Group Members have access to group information and conversations. As the group administrator, you control who has access.
What Can You Do With An IFF Network Group?
- Communicate with Group Members – send an email message that all Group Members will receive, replacing the need to maintain email lists of participants or to use a listserv.
- Schedule Events – create and schedule a program session, or some other additional gathering.
- Host Discussions - start online conversations, posting and responding to questions or thoughts that continue discussions started during your program sessions, or that address new ideas or concerns.
- Share Files – upload program materials so that program participants always have access to them.
- Share Photos/Videos – post photos and/or videos, whether of group events, or personal news (wedding and baby photos are nice!).
- Share Bookmarks - post links to any online content of particular interest to Group Members – including InterfaithFamily.com’s articles, blog postings, and other resources.
- Keep Everyone Instantly Up-to-Date – whenever anything new happens on your Group page – a file is posted, an event is scheduled, a discussion is started, a bookmark is shared, a photo or video is uploaded – Group Members are automatically and immediately notified.
Your Network Group is supported by the full-time staff at InterfaithFamily.com and surrounded by InterfaithFamily.com’s award-winning content and resources that encourage and support people in interfaith relationships engaging in Jewish life. We are here to help you get the most out of the tools and resources we have available for your program participants.
