A great way for Jewish professionals and volunteers who work with and provide programming for people in interfaith relationships to locate resources and trainings to build more welcome into their Jewish communities; connect with and learn from each other; and publicize and enhance their programs and services.
Children ages 4-5 can develop their basketball skills in a fun, supportive class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Hoops are lowered and modified to accommodate smaller bodies and different skill levels. The 11-week class takes place on Tuesdays (1:15-2pm) beginning January 10. Cost is $210.
