Connecting Interfaith Families to Jewish Life in Greater Cleveland by providing programs and opportunities for interfaith families to experience Judaism in a variety of venues, meet other interfaith families, and to connect to other Jewish organizations that may serve their needs.
A great way for Jewish professionals and volunteers who work with and provide programming for people in interfaith relationships to locate resources and trainings to build more welcome into their Jewish communities; connect with and learn from each other; and publicize and enhance their programs and services.
Facilitated discussion will use this popular book and Jewish values as starting points to focus on issues that arise in all families who share goals of raising self-reliant, compassionate and responsible children. Participants will receive the first reading assignment upon registration. Babysitting available. Held at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Thursdays from January 26-February 16 from 9:15-10:45am. Geared for parents of children ages 2+ years.
