A great way for Jewish professionals and volunteers who work with and provide programming for people in interfaith relationships to locate resources and trainings to build more welcome into their Jewish communities; connect with and learn from each other; and publicize and enhance their programs and services.
Please join us for a humanistic celebration of Purim and a Judaica auction. Included in the program is a display and sale of prints by Italian Jewish artists, a silent auction of Judaica from Italy and a special interactive reading of the megillah, Humanist style under the leadership of Rabbi Frank Tamburello.
Participants are invited to come in costume and masks. They are also asked to bring canned or non perishable packaged food for the food drive. This is in the tradition of Shalach Monos.
In addition to music and joyful singing, light refreshments will be served. There is no charge but donations are welcome. This event is open to attendees of all ages!
