Talking so they will listen. 4 week class being taught at Gratz College in Elkins Park, PA by IFF/Philadelphia Director Rabbi Robyn Frisch. The class begins Oct. 28 & is being offered both Tuesday afternoons & Tuesday evenings.
A great way for Jewish professionals and volunteers who work with and provide programming for people in interfaith relationships to locate resources and trainings to build more welcome into their Jewish communities; connect with and learn from each other; and publicize and enhance their programs and services.
Learn to dance the salsa, merengue, bachata, and cha cha at a nine-week Latin Dance class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Basic Latin dance variations and techniques will be taught by Star Dance School instructors. You will also learn how to improvise and lead or follow any partner. The class meets on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm beginning April 4. Cost is $180. Open to all. Interfaith families/individuals welcome.
