On Thursday, May 9, learn how to make multiple uses of leftovers, make meals on the go, and add healthier ingredients to your favorite recipes from 7-9pm at the Whole Foods Market Wellness Center located at Legacy Place in Dedham. Includes a healthy meal overview and taste testing. Start eating your way to wellness. Designed for parents of young children, adults only. Cost is $20 per person. Open to the entire community.
