Parents, Children and Interfaith Relationships: Listening so they will talk. Talking so they will listen. 4 week class being taught at Gratz College in Elkins Park, PA by IFF/Philadelphia Director Rabbi Robyn Frisch. The class begins Oct. 28 & is being offered both Tuesday afternoons & Tuesday evenings.
A great way for Jewish professionals and volunteers who work with and provide programming for people in interfaith relationships to locate resources and trainings to build more welcome into their Jewish communities; connect with and learn from each other; and publicize and enhance their programs and services.
CALLING ALL CURRENT MARIN KINDERGARTNERS! Join Marin Shalom Explorers, a new program that provides an easy way for families of Kindergartners to stay connected with each other. We will meet in homes in groups of 8 to 10 for hands-on exploration of Jewish values and traditions through nature, crafts, games, and storytelling.
Pilot program is FREE and runs April 15 – May 24 (4 meetings, 90 minutes on Sunday mornings; exact times TBD by participants).
No prior knowledge needed, no membership or affiliation required, interfaith families strongly encouraged!
