Krav Maga ('contact combat' in Hebrew) is a system of self-defense taught by the Israeli Defense Forces but adapted for a civilian setting. Learn effective self-defense techniques from instructors from Krav Maga Yashir Boston. Eight-week class takes place on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) beginning April 24. Cost is $200. Open to the entire community.
