Join together with other parents for a supportive and thought provoking discussion group facillitated by Mindee Meltzer, LCSW, EdM, parent educator. Using Jewish teachings and principles, the group will focus on the specific challenges and celebrations of raising young children with special needs. The group will address key parenting issues such as determining realistic expectations for each child, advocating for our children without overprotecting them, and developing self control and independence.
