Have someone watch the kids so you can enjoy a combination POUND Rockout Workout and Mind Body Barre Fitness class at Mind Body Barre (106 Main Street) in North Easton on Sunday, May 4 from 4-5pm. POUND fuses the most challenging series of core, leg, and upper body conditioning moves with cardio interval training and the fun (and distraction) of drumming. This is followed by a signature barre class using free weights, barre, core work and seat exercises. The class ends with a Lavender Infused Reiki Healing Cool-Down™.Cost is $10 per person.
