The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton will offer Pregnancy Water Aerobics on Sundays, May 4-June 29 from 5:30-6:30pm. Pregnant women will engage in a challenging aqua workout that will tone the body by using the water for resistance training. Participants will feel weightless in the water, and water workouts help reduce swelling. Classes will be taught by Oh Baby! Fitness staff. Cost is $120 for eight-sessions.
