Are you anticipating the birth and first days of a new baby? Join other expectant parents to explore Jewish approaches to birth, learn about the traditions of brit milah, and baby naming, and creative, innovative and personal ways of welcoming Jewish girls and boys. The class will be taught by fifth year rabbinical student and childbirth educator in training Shira Shazeer, Founder and Director of The Jewish Birth Network. The class is open to couples or individuals expecting a baby with one or more Jewish parents.
