What message do you want your marketing materials to convey about your congregation/organization? Are your membership materials, program brochures and website pages welcoming and inclusive? What first impressions might a potential new member have from your website, your phone message or your building's signage? What key welcoming and engagement opportunities are you missing? This interactive workshop will provide an opportunity to assess your marketing materials and learn from peer organizations.
