Resources and Additional Information
Once a month for an entire year, The PJ Library® in Greater Indianapolis sends a high quality, age-appropriate Jewish book or CD – FREE – to each child who is enrolled in the program. With each book and CD, families also receive an invaluable resource guide that greatly enhances the PJ Library® experience. This amazing program was developed to help strengthen Jewish homes by helping families explore their Jewish identities. It is a gateway to Jewish learning, values and continuity. And it provides warm, snuggly moments for parents and their children! The PJ Library® program was created in 2005 and is funded in communities across North America, including Greater Indianapolis, and in Israel by philanthropist Harold Grinspoon. In Greater Indianapolis, The PJ Library® is made possible through the generous support of the Alan and Linda Cohen Family Foundation and is administered by the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis.
