FELS enrolls infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children from diverse economic, religious and racial backgrounds on a year-round basis. With eight centers and four public school sites, located in the Greater Philadelphia area throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware Counties. State subsidy is accepted and scholarships are available.
