A great way for Jewish professionals and volunteers who work with and provide programming for people in interfaith relationships to locate resources and trainings to build more welcome into their Jewish communities; connect with and learn from each other; and publicize and enhance their programs and services.
The San Francisco Jewish Film Festival promotes awareness, appreciation and pride in the diversity of the Jewish people. As the first and largest Jewish Film Festival, SFJFF is source of inspiration for nearly a hundred other Jewish film festivals worldwide. Our ongoing programs include the 3-week summer Festival, the publication of our resource guide, "Independent Jewish Film"; (in print and online), and monthly screenings the last Wednesday of every month at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. Our groundbreaking New Jewish Filmmakers Project, which engages young voices in creating Jewish-subject films, premieres its film at the summer Festival.
