Temple Shalom is a welcoming Reform Jewish congregation, affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism, that serves the needs of and offers opportunities for interfaith families, Jews-by-choice, and their extended families. We invite our membership in all its diversity to participate in the religious, educational, and communal life of our synagogue. Our Outreach Committee develops programming and recommendations on policy issues to ensure that Temple Shalom responds positively and sensitively to the particular needs of interfaith families and Jews-by-choice.
