About Me

I am a writer, author, speaker, mom, and the Jewish half of an interfaith couple. My book From Generation to Generation: A Story of Intermarriage and Jewish Continuity tells the story of my interfaith family's experience building a Jewish home.

I write about parenting for InterfaithFamily.com and intermarriage for The Seesaw column in The Jewish Daily Forward. My articles have also appeared in Tablet Magazine, Kveller.com and Suite101.

I am the former chair of the outreach committee at the largest Reform congregation in the Southwest and sit on the synagogue’s board of trustees. I am active in the Greater Dallas Section of National Council of Jewish Women, Jewish National Fund, and I am a founding member of the Jewish Women’s Foundation of New Jersey.

I live in Dallas with my husband Cameron, son Sammy, and dog Brady.
