The other day, I received an email from one of our readers. She said she's an Episcopalian and she has some questions that she would love to have answered before going to a Shabbat morning service (for the first time) at the end of the summer.
Instead of replying by email, I decided to make a video. Because sometimes, a video's just more fun.
Consider this the sneaky director's cut. In the video, I directed her (and all of you) to interfaithfamily.com/shabbat.
But here, I'm providing the direct links to the booklet, Shabbat: What To Expect At A Synagogue, plus another video we made, What To Expect At A Synagogue, which walks you through the different objects and features commonly found at a synagogue and used during services.
I hope this is helpful!
