as for #9, your question is "...kids wont be jewish" and your answer doesnt say that that statement is false because, the truth is, I think (and so does God) that those kids are not jewish. the only thing you can and did say is that some people consider or accept such a child as jewish, but the fact is, they are not Jewish unless they convert.
It is also very misleading to claim that reform is america's largest movement w/o mentioning that most reform jews' grandparents were orthodox while most reform jews' grandchildren dont consider themselves jewish, pointing out that they may have the numbers but not the continuity through generations.

Moshe the first thing I want to ask you is that do you know what God thinks? have you spoke to him face to face? so why is it that you proceed to saying that my child is not jewish. Although I can't quote the exact spot but the old testament states that a person is accepted as jewish if he or she believs in a monotheistic belief. Just because someone has mixed blood doesn't mean that they are no more or no less jewish. In addition to that if a jewish family adopts a child from birth that child is jewish without jewish parents. Take that in your pipe and smoke it.

I feel a moral obligation to respond to the comment posted by Ari. Nowhere in the old testament does it say that a person is accepted as Jewish if he or she believes in a monotheistic belief. If Ari thinks it says this somewhere in his version of the old testament, perhaps he should get a more reliable version. In addition his claim that if Jewish parents adopt a child at birth the child is considered Jewish is 100% false.

huh i think if you want to be jewish you can be. With or without blood relatives. look at cristianity they dont run around saying you have to be cristian by blood to be a real cristian. so anyone can be what they want to be.

This article is quite right about the acceptance of Jewish children from wither parent. Ari, you need a history lesson. Originally "Jewishness" was passed down from the father. This only changed during the Crusades because of the large number of Jewish men killed, and Jewish women raped and impregnated. Since there was no way to determine who the father was in many cases, it was decided that the mother would be the indicator of whether or not a child was Jewish. That is why Reform, Reconstructionist, Renewal and other forward thinking movements accept all children of one Jewish parent as being Jewish themselves.

Thats all not true the reason Judaism goes after them women is because there is know way to know for sure the man is the father of the women cheated but the women is always the mother there is no way to ever doubt that
