kid-friendly learn-to-read Hebrew DVD

We are starting on the road to a Bat Mitzvah for our just-12 yr old daughter. I am looking for a DVD (or VHS) that teaches Hebrew reading in a fun format so that by the time we find a tutor, she will know how to read Hebrew (or at least she will have started learning). Any suggestions are welcome!

I use www.behrmanhouse.com for all of my tutoring!  It's free - and interactive, and I love it!

Thanks.  I can probably do with that myself even if my son is only small.  I grew up as a non-Jew and I could do with learning a little Hebrew, and well, Dan, my husband is super brainy but rubbish at languages! lol
