Help a shiksa out?

Hi all,

I am hosting the Erev Yom Kippur meal for my inlaws this year. Our home is closer to the temple, and I like to cook so it makes sense - EXCEPT - I don't know what to make. I know it should be a not spicy, low salt meal but I'm still have trouble getting a menu together. Since I know people must be serving tasty food on that night, could you share your favorite recipe?
