This article is the most comprehensive I have ever seen by someone not Jewish on how to respect the kosher tradition.

As Nancy's parents we are very proud and pleased with her article. We are blessed with a family that are not only all healthy and very caring, therefore,  exposure to many cultures, foods and  religious beliefs is important in their lives.

Very beautifully written.  It is wonderful to see that we all can be respectful and accepting of other religions (yes, even the interfaith ones).
