Baptism gifts by Jewish grandparents?

Our son's fiance has two children who are being baptized.  After they marry, he will be adopting them.  Should we buy them baptismal gifts, and if so, what would be appropriate for us to give them and still feel comfortable?

How old are the kids? A toy or a book or money would all be perfectly appropriate.  I doubt they'd expect you to give the kids religious gifts.

One's a baby, the other's nearly 4.
I'd like to find something that says "God" but without a cross, Star of David, or Hebrew.

Why not just ask your son what he thinks would be an appropriate present? I think you should be able to find a lot of appropriate items that just say "God" if that's what you want to do. One traditional and very nice present for Catholic children is a medal that can be pinned to a crib with a picture of a guardian angel shepherding children over a bridge.  A lot of them come with the words "God Bless Our Baby." I've also seen cute figurines of small children praying that might work.
