Dad's Funeral - I am not Jewish who do I contact?

My Dad passed away in Florida last month. He was raised Jewish while Mom was a Catholic. She predeceased him. His only requests were to be cremated and buried with Mom in the Veteran's cemetery here in Long Island, NY.  I just got the remains back yesterday. Dad was never observant (at least while I was growing up) but he was spiritual if that makes sense. Since Mom passed, I have not attended any organized church.

I know I am not the first child of a mixed marriage having to handle funeral arrangements but Dad had no family that would acknowledge the marriage (I never met my Dad's side of the family) and Mom's family has passed on.  Dad deserves the same dignity he gave my Mom when she passed - I just don't know where to begin. They had a great marriage - married over 25 years. Because he passed in FL,  I flew down to the funeral home there to make the arrangements for the creamation. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
