how would like to know how to make matzah i buy 2 boxes at a time that last me onlt 3 days i am non jewish but love the crackers i can't seem to have enough

If you don't need to worry about the matzah being kosher for Passover, you can find a recipe for it in Flatbreads and Flavors by Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid. I've never tried the recipe so I can't tell you whether they taste like the machine-made matzah we get in the store--which should become less expensive if you buy them right after Passover.
