Synagogues and Jewish organizations throughout the Greater Boston area are sponsoring events and services for and about the High Hoidays, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Many of these events and services are tailored to the needs of interfaith families and all are very welcoming organizations. Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins Wednesday evening, Sept. 12, and is celebrated through Sept. 14. Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, begins Friday evening, Sept. 21, and ends at sundown on Sept. 22. Here are some High Holiday events we think you'll be interested in.
