Speak Up and Stand Up: Sign the Pledge for Interfaith Families

Holding hearts
Israel’s new minister of education likened Jewish interfaith marriage to the Holocaust. We felt gut-punched when we read his words. Once again, interfaith families are being used as a proxy and scapegoat for disengagement with Jewish life and Israel.

I pledge to speak up and stand up, to make sure my words and actions are inclusive. I will share the story of my own Jewish interfaith family or be an ally by embracing the interfaith couples and families around me, and respond when others around me speak negatively about interfaith couples and families.

Share this message of love and inclusion by using the hashtag #OpenTheDoors. Show the world that the Jewish community opens doors and does not close them.
